5 thoroughly enjoyable years have now elapsed since I took the decision to start a coaching business.
In those 5 years, I’m exceptionally proud to have worked with athletes of all ages and abilities across 10 different sports, and with many excellent colleagues. From those hoping to complete their first 5k or to become healthier versions of themselves, to international athletes and All Star recipients, every person who I have worked with has made me a better coach and a better person.
