At MYP Coaching, we’re looking forward to commencing a new 6 week block of online strength & conditioning classes in the first week of September.

These classes will be specifically tailored for runners, triathletes and cyclists, but will be suitable for any individual looking to get fitter, stronger and more mobile.

Classes begin with the now customary yoga style dynamic mobility – before targeting injury prevention, power, strength and core stability in that order.
